AluminArt Acquires Arcor Windows & Doors Inc.

Arcor Windows and Doors Inc. (“Arcor”) is a Southern, Ontario-based manufacturer of custom sized vinyl windows, steel doors and patio doors suitable for the home renovation and new construction markets. Arcor effectively competes in the market place by offering a diverse product line.

AluminArt Products Inc. (“AluminArt”) is a leading manufacturer of storm doors primarily for the renovation market. Products are sold through big box retailers. AluminArt’s head office is located in Brampton, Ontario with production facilities located in Brampton and Kelowna, British Columbia.

Arcor was identified as being an ideal fit for AluminArt. Spara Capital Partners arranged and negotiated the acquisition of Arcor on behalf of AluminArt. This is the second transaction that Spara has done for AluminArt, and Spara maintains an ongoing advisory relationship with this important client.
