Spark Power Services Corp Acquires Rondar Inc.

We are pleased to announce the closing of the acquisition of Rondar Inc. (“Rondar”), by Spark Power Services Corp (“Spark”), a leading provider of technical operations and maintenance services for high voltage and renewable energy assets. Spark Power Services is a portfolio company of Spara Capital Partners.

Established in 1970, Rondar is a wholly owned, independent Canadian company providing industry-leading quality analysis, cost efficient early fault detection, and accurate documentation and engineering support services of high voltage substation and power distribution systems.
